CONTEST RULES

• A pre-designated caller will be the contestant or winner.
• Contestants are eligible to win the Prize of the Day once every 30 days. The Prize times are approximately 7:15AM, 5:15PM and 8:15PM weekdays unless noted otherwise.
• Listeners can all the station at either metro (214) or toll free 1 (866) 787-1897 for call in contests.
• Occasionally there are Special Contests where there will be a grand prize drawing from daily contest winners. Each daily prize winner will be put in the Grand Prize drawing.
• Daily winners are not eligible to qualify for a grand prize contest more than once.
• The morning show also periodically conducts a radio version of Battleship. Listeners can participate in the contest until they sink a boat.
• Power FM will determine the contest winner and interpret the rules.
• Employees and immediate family members are not eligible.
• Prizes will be mailed or the winners name will be placed on a guest list.
• Power FM is not responsible for postal delivery failure or event will call problems.
• Power FM is not to be held responsible in cases of cancelled shows or cases where the furnishing entity fails to provide tickets or other prizes, as promised.
• Power FM reserves the right to change the rules of any Power FM contest.

Power FM sometimes has a staff member out in the Powermobile at remote locations with items, such as tickets, CDs, Power Gear, available to those that show up.
